Hand Cut Works On Paper

These pieces have been cut by hand and feature forms and patterns found within nature, particularly foliage and insects. The process of creating these works determines the outcome of the finished pieces. Once the blade is set to the paper the hand follows a natural pattern so the design progresses and emerges during the cutting process. This is as much a form of drawing as it is cutting and each piece, although unique, follows an organically flowing motif.

The designs can be re-created in any colour of card and can be ordered with and without frames and with any colour backing.
